Expedition Guides design short, skill-building modules called Expeditions. Each Expedition includes an article, a short video, a hands-on activity and a community prompt. These tasks help kids build skills in sensory regulation, motor development, executive functioning, and emotional growth—at home, in school, or in therapy settings.
